In 2022, our New Smyrna Beach Boys & Girls Club faced a devastating setback when it was destroyed by a hurricane Ian, leaving our community without a vital safe haven for our children after school. The loss was deeply felt, as the Club had long been a cornerstone of safety, learning, and growth for our young members. However, resilience and community spirit have led us to a new beginning. This June 2024, we joyously cut the ribbon on the grand opening of the new Club facility in New Smyrna Beach. The event was a heartwarming testament to the strength and unity of our community, with many supporters and local figures coming together to celebrate this significant milestone. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all our donors and everyone who supported us on our journey to this moment. The new New Smyrna Beach Boys & Girls Club stands as a beacon of hope and resilience, symbolizing not just a recovery from loss but a stepping stone towards greater achievements for our community’s youth. Here’s to new beginnings, continued growth, and the enduring spirit of our community!
